We invite you to join us for fellowship, worship, and our FREE fish fry and fall festival. This coming Sunday morning, October 17, as usual, you will have the option of joining us in the worship center, sitting in the fellowship hall (overflow for those who prefer more space), or tuning in via Facebook Live. Come and worship with us through song, prayer, giving, and the preaching of God’s Word. The fish fry and fall festival will begin at 4 p.m. During our morning worship celebration, some members of our praise team will lead us in worship through song, and Carson Humphreys will preach a special message from 1 Corinthians 9 on what it means to be "All Things to All People" for the sake of the gospel. If you are unable to join us in person, you can watch online via our Facebook page. Of course, we do not consider viewing online to be a replacement for gathering with the body of Christ for worship and fellowship, but we understand that during this COVID-19 pandemic, some are simply unable to gather in larger groups. Thus, we are making these options available to serve those individuals and also to help those who are traveling out of town. Here is the rundown of our schedule for this week… TUESDAY, OCTOBER 12 6:00 – 7:00 a.m. = Men’s Fellowship–This three-times-per-week fellowship has no particular agenda or required commitment. Rather, come as you are able and join us for fellowship and encouragement. Nick will have coffee ready and be available to visit on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6 a.m. and Saturdays at 8 a.m. WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 13 5:45 p.m. = Evening Meal–Our Wednesday evening meal is year-round and is an excellent time of fellowship and encouragement. Everyone is invited to join us for great food and fun together. 6:30 p.m. = Adults’ Bible Study Fellowship / TeamKID / Youth Group–With ministries for all ages (both children and adults), Wednesday evenings provide a great recharge for the middle of the week. The events include our adults’ Bible study fellowship (from 6:30 – 7:30), youth group (from 6:15 – 7:30 for grades 6-12), and TeamKID (from 6:15 – 7:30 for all children who are elementary-aged and below). Invite others, spread the word, and join us! 8:00 – 9:00 a.m. = Men’s Fellowship–See description above (Tuesday) or visit HERE. It’s that time of the week when most of our church family is all together for the purpose of worshiping our Lord and building up His body. For those who are interested, we also provide nursery (toddlers and infants) and children’s ministry (kindergarten and below) during our morning worship services. 4-7 p.m. = Free Fish Fry & Fall Festival-This event includes free supper (fish fry and more), live music, a corn hole tournament, kickball, octaball, a free-throw-shooting contest (with prizes), a punt-pass-and-kick contest (with prizes), more games, pumpkin decorating, the bounce house, popcorn and treats, a couple of bonfires, multiple hayrides, and more.
